EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Jane is a law graduate of The University of Nairobi with a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2014 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
EXPERIENCE
Jane’s main area of practice is in drafting Commercial and Conveyancing instruments which include:-
- conveyancing,
- banking and securities documentation,
- business registration,
- share deal and corporate law,
- commercial agreements drafting and reviews,
- intellectual property including registration of trade and service marks.
Jane also has good experience registration of not-for-profit organizations like NGOs, foundations, charitable trusts, and societies. In addition, Jane regularly offers general legal advice and opinions to clients on diverse legal issues including land matters as well as corporate and commercial law.
