EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Anne is a Certified Public Secretary and an Accredited Governance Auditor with a keen focus on Corporate Governance, Compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
In addition, she is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Anne holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Human Resource from Daystar University and is currently undertaking Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance and the Law at the University of Nairobi.
EXPERIENCE
Anne has in-depth and practical experience of providing professional legal services in diverse specifications which provide our clientele with optimum legal solutions to their unique requirements. Her mainstream expertise includes provision of company secretarial services, advising boards on matters corporate governance including administration of board and shareholder’ meetings, drafting of board charters and monitoring of compliance related to companies
and not-for-profit organizations undertaking legal due diligence, providing advice on legal and regulatory issues for the clients, legal and governance compliance audits. She also advises organizations on employment and labor laws including but not limited to human capital management, employee engagement and relations and performance management.
