Susan Agwata is an associate in the Litigation & Corporate & Commercial Department –Nyali-Mombasa office. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is Certified Public Accountant, CPA (K) as well as a Certified Secretary CS(K), (KASNEB) finalist.

Susan has sound experience in, Corporate Governance, Company Incorporation and Company Secretarial work. Her previous background in dispute resolution and litigation enables her to identify potentially litigious issues that may arise in the transactions she handles.
